running dry safe?
Ok well I'm getting the osiris tune this coming week from chris black from ams. So before then I'm planning to change the system to wet. My position of my nozzle is good already, correct? All I would need is another solenoid and a nozzle for the fuel. Where have you guys tapped for fuel?
is zex the only company thats sells the fuel line adapter kit??? how is dynotunenitrous.com adapter? its a lot cheaper than the zex one but is it just as good??

So I'm not going to be able to change my system to a wet system in time due to no fuel line adapter. But I'm still going thru with the osiris tune for all my other mods. Anything I should do before I start shooting with the wet system or just wait and get it re-tuned with the nitrous? Only real reason of rushing things is that this tuner will only be here for one more day. Have a guy over here that tunes osiris but I don't think he'll touch it with the nitrous. I'm going to up my jet to a 75. Any ideas?
Your N/A tune may cause detonation if you use nitrous (wet shot) while in that map. Wait until you can get a separate nitrous tune before spraying just in case.
Got the osiris done. I asked the tuner about a tuning the nitrous and he created a map for the nitrous that retards the timing 2degrees. I'm still going to switch first to a wet system then get it retuned to check how it runs? Anybody ran the wet system without getting it tuned? Or you guys strongly recommend to retune?
Many people have nitrous without a tune for 100 shots and less. 2 degrees retard from stock map should be fine, but 2 degrees from N/A bolt-on map may not.
Yea I got separate maps for both, one for a regular n/a tune with my mods, and one for a nitrous tune that is retarded 2 degrees. Tuner said just switch to wet and run the tune when I spray the nitrous. I've already got one step colder plugs so everything should be good now.
^ You're not even reading what I wrote. If your "nitrous tune" is just some BS that your tuner threw on by retarding 2 degrees from your N/A map, that's worse than half-assing it. If your tuner retarded 2 degrees from your stock map, then he's just half-assing it. A true tune would require you to spray wet shots on the dyno or on the street to fine tune everything. Therefore, you don't have a real nitrous tune.
