Default Q16 straight into gas tank on a single fogger ?

Anyone here ever did Q16 straight into the tank and sprayed a shot ?

considering doing a 150 shot with timing retarded and just pour Q16 into the gas tank

i am aware the 02's will be toast but anything else ? or should i be just fine ?

I thought you had to tune your car for Q16… C16 should be fine though IIRC.

You can run 150 shot on 93 with 2-4 degrees taken out. If you run Q16, you could potentially run more nitrous and more timing. I'd run C16 though...easier on the car

this topic interested me so i did some research on this. large gains between c16 and q16 (which is oxygenated) are going to come from larger drag race motors that take in a lot of fuel. i saw something like a 40hp gain from q16 over c16 on an 1100hp combination. on low output motors like ours the gains would be small... but thats ok. the point of running either one with nitrous would be to allow more nitrous and more timing, which would make large, noticable differences and be worth the effort no matter which fuel you chose... retune or not... hell uprev has 4 maps... na pump, nitrous pump, na race, nitrous race... seems to be tailored to that imo.
