why do you want add ons like the bottle warmer and purge in the kit? you have to buy it separate unless a distributor will do a bundle for you

This is a ridiculous question to ask (sorry) - the accessories are not just for fun, they are an important part of the system!

Without a bottle heater your nitrous pressure will never be high enough and it won't work correctly.

Without a purge kit you will be spraying low-pressure nitrous into the engine until the "fresh" pressurized nitrous enters the system from the bottle. The purge kit "purges the line" so that highly pressurized nitrous is waiting, ready to go right at the intake manifold.

I could actually help you get all this stuff, send me a PM and I'll help you get some good pricing.

For a switch near your shifter, that's an easy one - any momentary switch will do. But do you have a particular style in mind that you want?

You can get a bottle warmer that is built onto a bracket, or an extra bottle warmer that will work with any bracket / bottle holder. I actually have a used one if you're interested.

A purge kit is probably the least "necessary" accessory but I have one of these used also if you're interested. Send me a PM!

Like someone above said, the purge and warmer will be bought separately.

The arm switch for the nitrous could be put anywhere you want, but I would just make sure that it's not going to get in the way of you or passengers moving around.

I know you didn't say anything about a momentary switch, but if you are looking for one, I would suggest against it. Just use the regular on/off switch. EDIT: Use the regular on/off switch with a window switch.

Bare minimum kit should have nano or warmer (not need if you use nano), pressure gauge (not needed if you use nano), purge, colder plugs and this just to be efficient and keep the same power delivered to the car as much as possible.

If you want something that will be safer and idioit friendly add a window switch, lean shut off switch, and lc1.

You can get deeper but sound like you are going for something minimal.

Do some more research cus it sounds like you might end up blowing up your car if you don't...no offense. Who's gonna tune it for you? Pull your timing? You plan on tracking the car because most tracks require a blow down tube for safety. Where you mounting the bottle? Depending on the place you are putting it you might need an auto bottle opener.

You have a lot more to look into chief.

The statement in BOLD is not correct. It is good insurance to know where your bottle psi is at any given time. NANO still requires some degree of monitoring as hot summer days will push your bottle pressures as high as 1300-1500psi....well outside of your typical tuned psi of 900-1050. You will therefore risk a lean condition at those elevated psi levels. You will not be able to realistically purge that off either (another value of adding purge), and will have to chill down your bottles.

Ok then if that's the case then why get nano? If you still can't keep the bottle consistant then why even waste money and get nano? Mind as well stay with a bottle warmer. Keep it old fashioned and control the heat as you like. At least with the warmer you can just not turn it on and your bottle pressure is good if it gets that hot...nano your stuck correct? I guess here cus I never used it. I know you are more versed in nitrous then most so I'd be interested to know and I'm new to it all.

LOL...well lets not get ahead of ourselves here, I can only speak to my personal experiences and I am not an expert by any means. The key to all of this is to maintain your "tuned" bottle pressure which most tuners put you in safe AFR and timing at 950-1050 bottle psi. Technically, if you lived somewhere where it was 65-70F every day\night your bottle would naturally be in that psi range and a warmer, NANO or anything else would not be needed.

You can control psi in two ways (t-stat warmers or Nano). The benefit of NANO is that you have 3000-4500psi pushing against the N2O in a constant & regulated way to keep you in your "tuned psi". This levels & holds the bottle psi fairly constant as your nozzles draw from the bottle. Warmers in contrast bring a full bottle to tuned psi but then psi starts to reduce after every run usually leaving you with a 1/3 of N2O as unuseable waste (cuz you cant get enough pressure to run the last bit thru the lines). With NANO you get most if not all out through the lines run after run. Actually NANO can potentially get 15-20% more whp in early fresh bottle runs out of your jetting, where the OEM has a re-jetting chart to factor that out for safety.

However, NANO has its shortcomings when outside temps exceed 85F. With that the logic is reversed and actually chill your bottles to bring bottle psi down within the tune. Some folks use 10lb bags of ice, I personally use reuseable polar packs which I velcro strap on the bottles.

In either case N2O pressure gauges are a MUST imho to manage to your tune, whether it be by NANO, warmer or natural temp getting you there.
