I've been running 150HP shot in my '06 since 2008. Still runs strong.
I have the 5AT also. The trick is to shift earlier. Nitrous thins out in the higher RPM's because the A/F flow increases, but the nitrous flow stays the same throughout the rpm range, so you loose power in the higher RPM's.
By the looks of your graphs, you want to shift by 5000rpm. I shift mine about 5300-5500. I have my window switch set to shut off at 5800 just to be sure I don't over-rev it. You're 1/4 mile times will improve once you figure out that shift points based of your max HP range.
