WELL.... my house is basically in a bowl. lol. theres a huge levee that back in '91 it flooded REALLY bad... and the levee kept all the water in the "bowl" lol. so my dad took all the necessary precautions when building his pride and joy of a house... to make sure if it did by chance flood again like in '91... the house would be good. but thats the only time i know of that its flooded bad. but no actually my house is on a hill too. lol.
