Snap is pretty cool, I have a friend that works out there also. I have been with him a couple of times, and it's a well kept place. He has been a member for about a year, and other than being limited on a couple of machines, he likes it.

Yea... I've worked out at Snap a couple of times. I enjoyed it but Shawn's right, some machines don't have a lot of weight.

I work out at Elmwood, and they pretty much have everything you could need. The only reason I work out there, is because my wife works for the Saints, so we get a good discount, otherwise I would probably be at Snap. I can't justify $80 a month to work out.

To hell with all this workin out. Im practicing for the iternational hot dog eating contest! BTW if anyone is in town saturday or wants to come down its my 30th b-day and we have a big blowout with a band and everything then going out to a bar for adult beverages and stuff.

nah lol.. i eat all kinds of bad food. mac donalds everyday cuz thats the only thing close to my work.

I've had abs since kindergarten and I had a very poor diet but was very active. Never did situps as a workout.

Lol, for every lb of weight your body is, you should be taking 1 g of protein for mass.
