I work out at Elmwood, and they pretty much have everything you could need. The only reason I work out there, is because my wife works for the Saints, so we get a good discount, otherwise I would probably be at Snap. I can't justify $80 a month to work out.

To hell with all this workin out. Im practicing for the iternational hot dog eating contest! BTW if anyone is in town saturday or wants to come down its my 30th b-day and we have a big blowout with a band and everything then going out to a bar for adult beverages and stuff.
