Yeah, I get a hulk every now and then if I don't have a meal with me. They are way too $$$ to be getting on a daily basis.

Yah...Ive been at it a while and was doing real good at one pont but I allways seem to hurt myself and it takes me out the gym. Like i graduated highschool at prob 125 ish lol and I got up to about 155 but it was a bit sloppy. Im at like 140 ish right now just got back from hurting my neck.
Lost alot of weight tho...trying to get back into it but Ive hurt my neck twice so IM trying to do less weight not with better form...we shall see how it goes...

WWL First News has confirmed the New Orleans Saints have resigned linebacker Jonathan Vilma.
The team and Vilma reportedly agreed to a five year $34 million deal Friday, the first day of free agency.
Vilma started every game for the Saints in the 2008 season and had 132 tackles.
