I do sometimes, usually Advil before I work out. And for soreness, eat banana's, the potassium helps.

I would think the last thing you want to do is take some sort of pain reliever/muscle relaxer before you train.

Soleil, are you eating after you work out? You just tore down your muscles. They need to be "rebuilt" after.

Need to eat after you train, especially some protein to help rebuild the muscles....
I'm about to change my diet up for the summer.

Not a script, but an Advil, or Tylenol wouldn't be a negative.

I have to or I'll get fatigued. I always have a shake before and after working out too hehe.
About to cut down my calories and up my protein a bit since the Summer is here.

It is.....any type of Ibuprofin and ect. inhibits protein synthesis....
Basically prostagladins are made when tissue is damaged and the prostagladins signal for protein synthesis....ibuprofin and what not covalently bonds to the major enzyme responsible for making these prostagladins thus inhibiting protein synthesis....
Damn I knew all these bio classes would pay off eventually....lol
