Oh, I eat before I work out, just not dinner. I usually have a banana & peanut butter sandwich.

Damn I knew all these bio classes would pay off eventually....lol
I don't want to be misunderstood, I wasn't implying to take them every day, I just meant occasionally when you have a serious ache.

trying to help a lady out. . .

she got her oil changed in an 08 mustang and 1350 miles later it died on the expressway, she had it towed to ford and they said it was overfilled and to fix the problem they had to replace the MAF sensor, replaced all 6 spark plugs, do an injector flush, fuel system service, vacuum flush, throttle body and intake cleaning. . .so in the end they charged this lady $852.76. . .

I know what can and can't go wrong due to an overfill, was just wondering what someone elses input would be out of the problematic circle. . .

Yeah every now and then is ok but you dont want to make it a habit....I was told by my family doctor to take one everyday before I go work out because of my neck problems that Ive been having ever since I hurt it doing deadlifts....but it really does hinder protein synthesis for roughly 5 hours so if you take it before you workout thats like the worst time to take it.....
