yea, i was only on a grill chicken sandwich dress with lettuce and tomato for lunch...so i ran out of energy pretty quickly last night..but so far i've lost 7lbs in 4 days...prolly all water weight..

thanks bro, i want to lose some more before i start lifting seriously, seriously meaning more free weights and less circuit...my goal is just to tone and not be too big...it would just look weird...being short ftl
