yeah, you have to have your car in the show from thursday night the 3rd to sunday night the 6th. and its also a good idea to be there so no one messes w/ your stuff. its gonna be a long weekend. the deadline has lapsed to enter this show, but there are plenty more, HIN in chicago, darknights in toronto, etc....

I think I will. Will you have the Samco hoses installed? I ordered mine last weekend. I am still waiting for the Pi-Thons from Ztoyzz.

 

the Samco Hoses are pissing me off. i ordered them in early december and they still arent here. i told the guy he better have them to me by 1st week in march, but we'll see. Hopefully i will. then i gotta figure out where/how to install them

 

Misha even if you install the top hoses and leave the bottem it will be better than nothing. I was reading the diy on one of the other sites and seems like a pain but worth it to do it right the first time. The catch bottle is not bad and I had the top one off once already it is the other two the make it a drain all mess. When you do the top drop a towel shop rag right under it so the r.f. does not drip on the altinator. Good luck!!

Hey Misha, so what's the deal with Jeff at 500whp.com? He wants to charge you shipping for 2nd Air? But going back to Feb.12, he said he can ship 'em second day air, and mentions nothing about charging you for it. Now he wants to charge you! Hell, you were even the FIRST person on the groupbuy list.

If you knew it would take this long, I bet you would have just buy the product at regular price and avoid this waiting game. Sometimes paying more to get the product immediately is better than group buy, I am currently in a group buy that has ended and just waiting for the product to arrive, hope I don't run into the same issue. But from your experience, I will avoid this vendor(500whp.com) in the future.

 

yes, he is going to make me pay for the shipping. i couldnt believe it. he told me it would be $30 to ship it 2nd day air. i wish i had just bought them from i-m-racing for $20 more, i would have had them 2 months ago. i refuse to pay $30 to get them shipped to me, so i guess theyre going to go out ground and hopefully they will get to me in time for the show. if not i will be extremely upset.

 

Misha he sent the hoses I got ups to my address some one elses name. I am surprised they even got here to be honest with you. It is a good thing that ups knows there loyal Z owner customer base!!! So it does not surprise me at all that he would make you pay the extra for his problems with Samco. I was reading on one of the other forums about someone had their chagre card billed and waited several weeks like 6 and did not get the items on the group buy at that time. Makes you wonder about group buys????

 

I ordered mine from 350forums.org a week ago. I'll see how long they take. Gerry, did you get your Pi-thons. I should get mine on Thursday.

 

No but I did get a tracking number. Mike when are you going to install yours? I figure the bottem one is going to be the pain in the operation. I am hoping for dry weather on Saturday so I can drive to Godspeed.

 

I will install them the second week in March, the same day I install the Short Shifter I ordered from Stillen today on the Group buy.

 

i doubt i will have my hoses by the show which really pisses me off. not that it will make or break my display, but it still makes me mad that after 3 months i dont have them.

 

Mike a short shifter what make? I got the B&M and it looks really nice! I saw they have one that is adjustable did you get that one?
