thats what i meant i polished the plenum. i used a air too sander and dremil for most of it. It takes forever that way and I wouldn't recommend it. I am buying a sandblaster and I hear that sillica sand works wonders in all the nooks. Its listed as one of my services on my website. If the price is right I'll do it for you but I dont know how much I want to charge yet. I have to tally up all the costs for materials and labor. But if you want to do it yourself, you need some sort of air tool sander and a dremil and some grinding attachments and sanding attachments. Then packages of sand paper going up to 1500 grit wet sand. I then used a polish kit to get it looking good and finally used Megauries NXT polish to shine it up. Ill post pics tonite.

"That plenum looks sweet, but it seems like an awfully small volume. Are you sure you won't take a big torque hit with that thing (for NA at least)?"
I'm not sure about NA, but I have a twin turbo. There is a guy on the boards that has been testing this out for the company and has seen somewhere around 45 rwhp just from using this intake over another after market intake. He also has a vortec sc though. I'm guessing that this thing would net me some pretty good power, but I'd have to upgrade some fuel items and get AAM return style fuel system installed with the rising rate fuel pressure regulator to supply enough fuel to the engine. My 440cc injectors are pretty much tapped out right now at 8 psi and 444.5 rwhp.

Better drive your cars today. This weekend is going to be bad. Snow Friday night and rain and cold the rest.
I took my rear lip to the paint shop yesterday at lunch. I guess we will see what they come up with.

I am getting sways this week. Ordered Stillen. I told them I was going to Zdayz and they said "owowow I will through in some goodies for you then". I guess the word is out on the scale of this event. I would bet next year it will be the biggest Z event in the US if not this year.

Gerry did you figure out the prices yet ? I can get a government rate on all lodging so we mite be able to get that discount. If you can call the lodging complex and ask them if they offer govt rates they shoud.
