Omg such nice weather all weekend! Hope everyone drove their z's a lot
I was able to wax, change the oil, and rotate the tires to get it ready for hibernation. Normally I en up doing it so late it's already freezing outside.

I can help depending on what night and where you're located.
As for rusted bolts, I can only say "PB Blaster". Drench the crap out of all the bolts for like 2 nights in a row before the install.

If PB blaster does not work. Try a propane torch. Heat up the nut so it expands. Beware, PB blaster is flammable. Clean it off before torching the car. LOL.

I'm bored so let's play a game.
Post up what you plan on doing/buying for your next mod:
Me, definitely wheels, I hate everybody thinking my car is stock cuz i'm running the stock track wheels. Not going volks cuz I can't afford it, but these will be my street wheels. Probably rotas of some sort (can't decide black or gold):
or
And then I'll get a set of 17's for track wheels in bright takata green

I have the Z speed under panel or whatever it is called. It is a nice piece. The gauge idea is very cool - let me know where you come out on that, perhaps we could make it a joint effort. I did a bunch of research on seats, harnesses, harness bars, etc. Here is what I concluded - unless you want to override all of the inherent safety features in the car, don't do it. The conclusion was, either go all out (cage, seats, harnesses, etc.) or get some CG Locks and be done with it.

What's the point of the undertray? Just more protection for your oil pan and everything else underneath? Even with that trap door I'd think it'd be a lot easier to change your oil with it completely off.
Btw I want seats too, a roll bar, and 5-point harness

I think the point of the undertray is removing 2 screws instead of 14+. I generally change my oil quite often due to track days.. If I can save 5 minutes each time - that works for me... and adds up to a lot of time saved.
Plus it looks cool compared to the oem plastic jalopy.
Thanks for the heads-up on the seats/etc.. I have done some reading on it over time. My general conclusion was that it is a big one time expense that should be done the right way first... which kinda sucks. Roll bar/harness bar, seats, harnesses, hitch, trailer, someplace to store said trailer.. maybe a plate and registration for the trailer.
I'll let you know next year when the oil pan spacer/gauge goes in.

I'll play along... Aside from changing diff, trans, and clutch fluid this winter here are my plans for the (distant) future:
Maybe BC Racing ER series...
Aside from maybe having my calipers powder coated red and the pressure gauge/CAMP2 I don't have anything I really want to do for a long time. I want to drive the wheels off it before I get coilovers and as cool as 2pc floating rotors look I doubt they would do anything for me...

Really though, some people value their time more than others and thats a valid reason. When I change my oil, I'm very meticulous (read crazy) and I let the oil drain for about an hour, so as much drips out as possible. Yep, I'm nuts.
I'll post a pic up soon of my parts.
