Dil Dil Dil.....now you know better than that. Were you referring to my Z or GTR (maybe you weren't even referring to my Z since I've never raced a guy named Bart or any EVO)? More power does not equal faster my friend. My Z is pretty darn close to your Z in power anyway, but we both know from a dig my 2012 GTR is putting CARS on you in the 1/4 mile. There's no way around that from a dead dig (even if it stays bone stock).

Brother.....I called you several times last summer to come out. Heck, I haven't seen you out with your car in 2 years. Where have you been? From a dead dig, the GTR wins all day long (its almost an 11 sec flat car bone stock). I'll almost gauranty a 10.9XX after I ad the exhaust pieces that are sitting in my garage. For the time being, here is a 2012 GTR wasting a 2012 LFA from a dead dig.

Dil and I did run the cars many moons ago while racing a silver C6 Z06 that was pushing around 600 to the tire. We both had the Z06 by a few cars and Dil and I were about even up to around 120 mph (in Mexico of course) when I almost lost my car during a shift into 4th gear. Car broke loose and began to fishtail back and forth a few feet each side. Needless to say.....that scared the **** out of myself and my passenger and I let off for safety. In fairness, Dil may have even been ahead by a 1-2 feet before that happened.
Long story short.........my Z is scary as Fack to keep straight with the power all the way down. Dil probably has the same issue. Both cars are fast.

Los Angeles is great except for the traffic. I rented from National so I could pick my own car. I got there and had a choice of an Impalla or Chrysler 300 base model. (Damit!) So I went to the rental office and they had a new bright red Mustang parked there. I didn't see side badges but it had dual exhaust. (I thought, kick ***! A V-8!) So I got him to let me have it. As soon as I started it, damit again! It's a V-6. Ford changed the V-6 to a dual exhaust in 2012.
Driving away pissed off, I soon learned that this V-6 is actually very quick. Unfortunately, it's like a bottle rocket. Hit the gas and it moves quickly but with no control at all. Severe body roll and numb steering makes this thing dangerous in the hands of a teenager. Given some aftermarket parts (lower it, sways, lower profile tires, etc.) It might actually be a good car. 305Hp out of a V-6 is pretty decent for a cheap car. I'd still rather have a Z.
One more day of this WindExpo and I'm flying home at 5:45am tomorrow. I'll see if my dogs remember me.
