I still have 3 months of ****ing ice, snow and salt in montreal

we should be taking advantage of this nice weather and do a little columbus meet.

 

You guy's are reading my mind... I PMed Kolia. I know about 3 people willing to meet in Columbus. One lives on the East side, I live on Campus, and I got a friend in Dayton with a TT G35 that would come over. If you guy's have AIM, you can talk to me on there.... MyV6IsFast3r... I am getting together a spring time meet for sure, you guys better be there. Know of any parks we can meet at and have a lil BBQ?

 

If you are really interested in spring time meets, join NASA (National Auto Sport Association) www.nasaproracing or the local www.racenasa.com and come to a high performance driving school at Mid-Ohio.

 

Not that many Z there last year. The most I saw were 3 at Putnam in fall.


Let me know whenever you guys want to meet, I'll try and be there.

 

Not many Z's on the track, that's my point. Let's make a greater showing. I only do a couple of track events. I pretty much stick to the Mid-Ohio course (but we are going to Speeds indoor karting this Saturday for the NASA meeting/race).

 

What team are you on? I'll be there too!

 

I don't actually know the team name. We are the defending champs from last year. Great to hear that you will be there. Speeds is closing (possibly relocating) very soon. The building/property was sold.

 

I grew up a mile from the track, Pembroke Blvd to be exact. I been there a lot, even worked as a part of the driving school. Not as instructor, I did behind the scenes stuff. I went to a SCCA event last year, got some lessons from some Z guys (also instructors) on the boards.

What time will you guy's be at Speeds, I would love to come... Also We should swap some phone numbers and names, make it easier to keep in contact and get a hold of people for meeting times and who all will come... I will Pm everyone my #, just reply back with your name and number... Sound cool?

As for joining NASA, I always go as a guest of whoever is racing there, be it Porche guys or whatever they are always willing to have another driver join. So I don't see the need to pay really. Maybe I'll join when I get out of college and actually have more than $5 to my name at any given time.

So far I sent my # to Koila, ryanhartnett and scottohio03. I can't seem to send a PM to bokone, maybe i'll see you at Speeds.

 

Check out the NASA links for the schedule of events for Saturday. I think there is also a guest speaker from the Speed Channel/Mid-Ohio. And ya, I'm not in that PM thing. If you post it I will come (sometimes)

LOL, yeah, I live on north campus so I hear it shouted quite often, though I do not go there. I go to Columbus State, much cheaper.

 

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I wish I would have looked @ this sooner, I live in Toledo, but I am down here in Columbus for 8 weeks for training. I am training for American Family Insurance. This is my last week and was looking for a few people to cruise around with when it was nice, I have an rsx s w/210 whp. I will be back down about once a month so we will have to set something up to get a meet going. I know alot of people from Ohio honda if you wanted to get a meet together I could try to set things up.
