I have to admit, I never really thought out where we'd meet. I don't want to say meet at AJ's workplace without his blessing. My work's parking lot would be an okay place for a tentative location to gather up before heading out. It's in Southfield at I-696 and Telegraph.

Meeting location doesn't matter much to me. We should pick something central to all, easy to find and on the way for those living in the North.

Any suggestions along I-275? (On the Michigan Ave exit or Ford Road Exit.)

The key is to make it simple so we don't lose anyone in the caravan and no one is stuck at a traffic light.

Is I275 too far West for some of you?

WE can meet at my work.
I am in for sure as well.

It will be a good time.
I look at the immaturity in a different way.
We are ALL a bit older then the Honda guys...
It shows that if they work hard, over time they can upgrade.

^^ LOL - Shall I bring the RX-8?

It doesn't matter in my opinion. Did you bring the S2K last time? I remember seeing a beautiful red one at the spring bbq.

Regarding the meet place: Perfect! Thanks AJ!

Eric: Thanks for the link to the pictures I took. LOL! BTW: Who has the redline roadster pictured below? I wanted to get these wheels until I saw someone else had the same setup. Can't have two in the same 'hood. Ha-ha! It's a hella sharp ride.

Phreaked, nah, I have a plain old Silver S2000 with no fancy mods. If I recall correctly, that red S2000 is actually on sale and has been on sale for a few months now.

- I think it's "Zbrid". I searched and couldn't find a Zbird. I hope he shows. When I saw his car at the spring BBQ, my decision was made to find a redline roadster. It took me weeks to find one w/NAV but I did ... all the way down in Orlando. My other option was one in Santa Fe, NM. I arranged a pre-approved line of credit, hopped onto a plane to see it and drove it home.

Zbrid gets credit for the inspiration. My ride won't be nearly as clean as his is. I gave up on my front bumper since I want to replace it and clear bra it anyway.

By the way, if anyone feels like "getting together," a friend of mine is hosting a sort of "party" and it's open invitation. It'll be at the Black Finn in Royal Oak (Sports Barish place) tonight *September 11* between 9 and 11 PM. Just ask for Amanda at the door!

If you have question, feel free to ask me or shoot me a message on the forum and I'll give you my phone number.

Hey guys I'm pending depending on the weather. 70% chance of rain isn't gonna be a fun car meet.

I have to say that with the rain in the forecast...
This will NOT be a good meet.
I do not go to car meets when it is raining...

+1... I'm too old to stand out in the rain all day!!!

I'm still up to help Mike next week with the uninstall since I've used his garage multiple times.

If it's misting, I'll still go. If it's pouring hard ... I'll probably still go but I won't clean up the car.

Xceed has the shelter rented and the food purchased. Less attendees means better chances on the vendor raffles.

So you can count on me either way.

Yea, I'm with you on this. If it's raining, I'll decline to go.

I'm sure the folks in Galveston, TX are saying the same thing.

Next weekend, I'm headed to Cancun. I'm already keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Josephine and praying it does not become a hurricane. If it does, I will be drunk and wet as opposed to just being drunk.
