Whatup boys. Took my wheels to the shop today to get my tires dismounted so I can get the wheels powdercoated bronze. I've been itching to drive the Z but it'll be another week or two till I get it out. Anyone know a good place to get rays-like lug nuts? I have a hard time dropping $150 on 20 lug nuts, lol. When are we going to have a meet?

 

Or even worse... hand them over to you bound and gagged.

Oh, he knows who I am and what I do. Sadly, he normally has a decent rep on the boards and gets along with people. I don't know what's going on with him, but it's gotten beyond insulting. I trusted him to take care of things, and he blew it.

So those ****ers at Goodyear in rosemount called me today and said that they'd need $30 a piece to just dismount my tired from my rims because "they were so low proofile." When I dropped them off last night, I told the dude they were 19" with 40 and 45 profile tires, and he said no problem and was bragging about a new $19,000 machine they had. He told me there to my face it would be $5 each. I can't even image how much a mount and balance would be if they want $120 to just dismount my goddam tires. Anyways, I picked them up on my lunch break and swung by walmart on my way to work and thhey said they could do it for $3.50 a tire, lol. That's right, I'm having walmart dismount my tires because goodyear is inept.

 

lol @ Ben and Greg. Let's just say I work for the guvment and know a lot of things about people and companies. I can also send some people on a one way ticket to their home country.

Not a fan of WM, but if they can do the same job for cheaper and you're satisfied, then that's all that counts.

 

Well I just got out of a squad car? I took my 50 out down Minnehaha, cruised down the parkway and stopped at a little bridge to smoke a square, when all the sudden three squads pulled up. The officers got out, then ran up to me yelling what the hell are you thinking, pulled me to his car, through me in the back and said "I was under arrest for felony evading"?? wtf( I am laughing at this point, what?) he said I looked right at him and kept going.A older guy came to my rescue and said "if he was trying to run he was doing a **** pour job" so they impounded the 50 and gave me a careless wtf. I was under the assumption that I could drive a non licensed vehicle as long as it was 50cc or smaller. I was told that a new statute has been in place because A lot of people complained about how load they are.

 

Dave could you help me comprehend, where in the statutes dose it state the 50cc and under laws.

 

Ii went to the police station a couple months ago to see if I could ride a 50 around my neighborhood and the cop said not because its a off road vehicle :/. If it has a street conversion kit then you should be fine but without lights youre SOL

 

It had street tires but no lights, I think I am SOL, on top of it those don't come with a title so I wouldn't be able to get it back(could buy it back from auction) I really don't care about the '50' 2000 honda-100$ but what's upsetting my stomach is the careless, I am forced to fight it. I was sent a letter a little while back that stated no more tickets for 12 months otherwise, I don't want otherwise.
