on the contrary, the HR responds very well to bolt ons. With just CAI's and HFC's or test pipes it can put down 290-295whp without a tune.

what do they put down stock?

still 390 or preferrably 490 would be more impressive

^^ HR's have been putting down 255 rwhp stock IIRC... May change depending on the dyno.

Greddy sides, Greddy rear. Nismo V1 spoiler. Base/Enthusiast 17" wheels.

My Touring is 6mt.

I'm personally not a fan of "Fairlady Z" being on USDM Z's.

it's closer to the 260's on average, but like you said, all dynos are different. The point being with just those two mods the HR gains 20whp.

Place the fob under your chin. It works.

Saw a silver GT-R downtown yesterday. The guys in the office couldn't believe how much people are paying for it.

A friend of mine put a down payment for one about 6-9 months ago and decided to pull his name from the list and get his money back.

They recently called to see if he was still interested and he found out the MSRP was raised a second time...which now puts the car around $81k I believe. Not as attractive as it was before...I'm not sure that I've heard of MSRP's ever being raised.

Do you think they added the leather seats or was the car a Touring car before all those mods were added? I am guessing a touring if they had 6MT available

Dealer markups are crazy with this car, so I can understand why your friend didn't want to buy one after all.

It's supposed to rain again today. I'm going to Full Blown in Bloomington today. Need to see about a custom exhaust.

If the traction control button has VDC on it instead of TCS, and the car has seat heater controls on the middle console with leather seats, it's a touring.

I was actually trying that, but it didn't work. My car was also behind some other cars so that might be why it didn't work

Yeah, I have a Touring. It has heated leather seats and the VDC button.

If I remember correctly, the owner of that car brought the blonde chick with him.

I just don't know his username.

I'm now looking for a muffler for the custom exhaust. That and a flex joint. PM me if you have any ideas or links. Thanks!
