A reflash wouldn't be a bad idea.
Like Aaron said, don't need a spacer with the Crawford. That would be overkill, and I'd have to buy a new hood.

Reflash would be lower on the list. I'm not too hot on the idea of sending out my ECU and waiting for 2 weeks. I'd rather have a piggyback.

Based on the experience I had with my car in N/A state it wasn't in need of a tune. I did a technosquare reflash anyways...... basically did nothing but raise my idle slightly, get rid of speed limiter and raise redline:

I had the following:
headers
test pipes
exhaust
intake
bored throttle body
plenum
pulley
Thanks for the tip, Aaron. I remember the last time I dyno'd, it was running a little bit lean IIRC.

Earlier today I sanded the hood smooth, getting any orange peel out, etc, and sprayed two coats of clear. Turned out great. Just did the hood to test it out and see if there would be any problems adhering to the single-stage. All's good.

about to test on a small plastic piece I painted to see if my blue-tinted clear coat will work and look good over a black base. I think it might turn out different than I have envisioned in my head. I'd like it to appear black, but when the sun hits it to shine a little blue. Am I thinking right? Or am I just stupid?
You need to buff out the paint to get the gloss your looking for. Since you color sanded it, you'll need to do a 3 stage buffing process using a course, medium and fine compound and then a standard buff job.

About the blue tinted clear, wouldn't that technically be considered a candy? The more coats you use, the lesser the black will show through.

If I can get the kids to bed early and watch this movie I rented, I might make it out there after 10.

BTW, anyone know a good divorce atty? I just found out that my BIL who lives in the West burbs has a huge problem with his wacky wife (who I've hated since day 1). Personally, I think a 25 cent bullet is the cheapest way to go....

it was slightly lean in a couple spots, but nothing of concern. Like I said, get on the dyno and see where you are at

Sorry I missed Uni last night. I must have been pretty tired since I passed out on the couch while watching a documentary with the boys. Ended up staying home to watch Knowing with Tara and her mom.

I always want to go, but when it really comes down to it, I'd rather stay home and stare at my car in my driveway

I washed and waxed the Z today. I feel like going out and cruising around the 'burbs. Maybe I'll cruise on over to Sonic later. Wanna go, Greg? Anyone else near B-ville and Savage want to meet there?

+1 on the Uni cruise. I'd rather drive around the 'burbs and go someplace or make several pitstops than hang out there with all the 'trouble' I've been reading about.

In fact, I might cruise on down to Mystic Lake this afternoon.

I should have thought of this earlier but how are the golf courses out there?

I played 36 holes this weekend and I try to get in at least 18 a weekend while the weather is good. Can't believe I didn't think of this before I signed the relocation papers

I'm sure Andrew will chime in about the courses around here. He knows them all. Isn't there a place here called Hazeltine or something like that?

You're in luck, I believe that MN actually has the most or second most golf courses per capita of any state.

Sweet!

South Carolina is probably up there. I couldn't drive 5 miles without running into a course. Hell I lived on a golf course. I wasn't a member but that didn't stop me from sneaking out every now and again and getting some putting practice in.

August 1st Meet??

As some of you know, I leave for AF BMT on August 18.

Let's try to get a good meet together, and hopefully I can meet everyone one last time before leaving you all.

Let's try to get everyone to attend this. Old members and newbies altogether.
