Might be picking up an 01 Infiniti QX4 to take to college and use during the winter to save on the G as it will be getting a few new things done to it soon and we wouldnt wanna wreck that in Fargo.

But damn, the QX4s are nice, pretty decently priced. 5-7k depending on condition and miles. Test drove one today. Smooth ride. Same basic V6 as our cars as well.

Yeah, those are nice. I like 'em. Good choice for a winter beater.

I just realized this past weekend that on top of having to adjust my sways for a softer setting, I've got to align the car and replace the serpentine belt soon. Maybe I should install that pulley after all....

dave,
don't mess with the pulley. I have the stress cracked crank sitting in my shop to prove they do damage. boosted vs N/A might be the reason, but regardless, I was so inclined to get an ATI super damper for my rebuild

Lot of haters on MNSC, or they just don't like it when we dare to be different.

I have an Ings replica front lip. Since I don't have my Z anymore I'm giving it away. I can drag it out there with the rest of my stuff if someone wants it or I can try giving it away here in Boston.

no doubt....
I have met some cool people through that site and there are nice cars. But in reality....sad thing is, some of those that do the hating don't have a pot to **** in. They drive some POS modded with parts via the home depot and have the ***** to be critical of someone elses work.

Bring it! That would be sweet if someone around here picked it up as an easy mod. INGS ftw!

Yeah, it is sad that they do criticize like that. I've got thick skin, so it's no big deal. I just think it's funny how they have comments like that w/o anything to back it up.

Honda mentality right there.

With the exception of Aaron. His Fit doesn't have an 8" tip sticking out the back, and I hope it never will.

Awesome call on the lip, Alex. That'll look good after you paint the bumper.

Ben, I used to own a Honda.....

Aaron, it's 8" half the size of the exhaust on the Fit anyway? LOL

BTW, I heard that I might be getting my barely used Impala LS replaced with a brand new GMC Acadia. I think I'll be sporting that in my driveway next month.
