haha no kiddin right. no dave im not in town at the moment. i come home for a week out of every month though, so if you guys plan a meet. lets do it on one of my weeks off please.

i ordered a set of gunmetal gts's 19's 9.5/10.5 +17/+18 with 245 up front and 285 in the rear. should be pretty sweet. gotta love the 3 month wait though huh?

 

You won't even have those wheels in time for our Spring meet. lol

Guess that will have to wait until the summer. So is this weekly thing permanent? When will you settle back into your house? Give us advance notice so we can time our meets for when you're in town. We could even have a meet or two at your place.

im just doin this work situation until we finish this job. should be back home permanantly by june. then ill be home every weekend. and we could for sure have a meet or two at my place, i just gotta get my deck built right away this summer, that's what im doing with the rest of my taxes.

 

I wish I got a tax return.... Maybe next year.

Just saw my property tax statement. I think the county decreased the value by at least $20k.... damn. At least I can afford to live in the house no matter the value.

 

I can get you a deal on your deck if you plan on going composite decking like timbertech.

haha well i made 72 thousand last year and paid over 20 grand in. so ive got some money saved plus i got 6 g's back for taxes. why dont you get a return? make too much money?

Amazing how much you pay these days... i know a kid who told me that we should raise the income tax up to 60%. I am like, "would you like to have ANY of the money you make?" Freaking crazy.

 

New rear hatch struts installed (no more head dings)...new battery in (optical spark and power for the car audio system), tire pressures back up to normal levels...and a couple of burnouts to let Spring know that I mean business .

The 2010 Z season has officially started for me when I rolled the car out of the garage and hybernation!!!!

Next up, installation of a dedicated sub amp, Sirius Radio install before the Mpls Auto Show.

Near Future...Dave the Window Motor expert and I are going to handle some shotty window motors with a sweet deal on replacements.

PS - I watched 2 episodes of PINKS for about an hour on my TV in my Z...while sitting in my car after my brief cruze. I just didn't want to park the thing !

I've been online window shopping all day. I want the Odyssey battery that weighs 11 lbs. I think that's $160 plus another $60 or $70 for the bracket case thing. Jeezus.

 

if we ever get to 50% or more we will lose the incentive to make more money. It will absolutely kill the economy

 

Then we're going to be like Canada and Europe when it comes to social programs and retirements. Doesn't matter how hard you work, everyone gets paid the same. It kills the ability to be innovative and puts more people into a lull or comfort zone.
