It's official. I need a new battery. After 7 years from the factory, the power source has finally gone to the big Sun.

Time to shop.

What's the minimum CCA for the Z?

I want to get the Braille or Odyssey that weighs around 12 lbs. I'm not sure if the battery will last long in the Z or if it's got enough juice to start the car.

its the form 1 (Application to make and register) I am trying to SBR the 94, pretty much a mp5, going through old case law I am finding 922 compliance, but not sure the hk94 has to comply with having us parts.

I think its "grandfathered" in so I don't need us parts. But I want to make sure.I am on the hkpro web site, But I dont want to ask the same question over again. I was hoping you had and idea

Sorry, Jay. Don't know much about customizing those guns and getting them registered. I know the 18USC922 statute, but not how it applies to your gun. I'm assuming that either way you'll have to either ask around or register it to be safe. It's easy to register anything with the ATF. You just have to explain why you have it. Hell, people register tanks and jet fighters with the ATF and get it approved.

And damn the specs! I want to lose 20-25 lbs from the battery!

Aaron, if you don't wash your car... I WILL. That dirt puts a twitch in my eye.

Mine's already washed, clean, and waxed. Too bad it's not going anywhere unless I buy a battery tomorrow.

At least Batteries Plus is charging it for me to measure it tomorrow. Maybe I'll be lucky and have a good one. I still want that tiny motorcycle battery....

Yeah, that's not happening for me. Need to lose weight! And that's way over the top for CCA rating. Wow, it kicks *** if you want a system in the car.

Thanks Dave, I am sure I can get the answers, just need to be patient.

I would look at that 11.5lb Battery. I would have gone that route but the stereo system said NO.

I haven't seen your Z yet Aaron. Yep mine starts up on the 22nd(car insure). I plan on driving after I get off work, but I need to change the oil first.
