Nope, probably not till I get closer in taking the Z out of storage, I'm maybe thinking in just replacing the rears as the front still looks new and spending that extra money on somethin else that I really need, Quaife LSD with the nismo diff cooler as I'm replacing the Diff oil this spring when I take the Z out

I just brought out the Z . Insured. Changed the oil, going to go wash it. Man I forgot how fun a manual transmission is. Not to mention the sound of the engine and the wastegates opening, Weee.
Going to the Gopher state car show at the fair grounds. On Friday I am bringing the 944. I hate the fast and furious comments. And I can't do 4th/5th gear highway pulls with everybody who talks smack, gets very expensive.

Man who's the downer today.lol when I watch sports the first thing I scream when they mess up "you overpaid someb!tch".
I do agree though 180 some million to one guy, with the economy the way it is and people losings there homes every day. Very sad indeed.
On that note going to drive the Z, I will feel better.

O RLY? Then what's all that horsepower for?
I almost bought a diff cooler last year. I just didn't feel like doing all the heavy work.
BTW, I bought the plugs and wires to do my van. Like you said, nothing's impossible. If they can do, so can I.
When is the show? I forgot you had a 944. I like those. Bada$$
Got the tabs and insurance today. But, I didn't have time to pull the Z out. Got home, went for a run, ate dinner, then played outside with the kids, had a bonfire, looked at the moon with my telescope.
Life is amazing.

Its does say coliseum so I don't know if that's a inside show.
I switched out the 460le for a built up 200r4 over the winter, now I need to switch out the 456 rear gears for a set of 327( would be close to a corvette's drive train). Its funny how a lack of weight throws the traditional way of building up a drag car.
I had a 3500 stall but with only 1000 lbs over the rear tires I just sat and spun.
Now I have a 2200 stall converter and I get traction out of 1st, now 2nd gear is a another story. Its all a learning process, I don't want any mechanical help.
All driver error, with me that's a lot.
Sounds like a good time Dave

So there I was being stupid and burning out of the parking lot after basketball. I was jacked up after some exercise. I didn't see any cops and usually have a good nose to sniff them out...but he (the cop) must have had a good hiding spot or must have just heard me.
I saw the cop flying at least 70mph in a 30mph residential zone from about a mile away in my rear view mirror. And this was after I was a few miles down the road from where I burned out going no more than 35mph. His speed was a bit dangerous to me considering it was dark out on a nice night, and it wasn't a person who just robbed a bank.
All in all it was my fault and the worst part is that I just had collision insurance on my car. Don't ask, another stupid decision on part. I quick checked my Head Unit to make sure a music video wasn't on screen before he pulled up along side of me. And at that point I knew he was going to give me a warning if I let him get off on all his power when he yelled at me. Rolled down my window, I listened (with the guilty stupid look on my face), apologized and went home feeling lucky.
