Is that stuff for controlling weight or getting lean muscle? If so, I don't have a problem with those kinds of issues. I've weighed pretty much the same (give or take 5-10 lbs) for the past 20 years.

I killed in on chest yesterday. I took advantage of the day off and spent all my time on working out the chest. Little did I realize that it was universal chest day at the gym. Anyway, I did incline, flat, and decline bench presses with the bar (something I rarely do anymore since my shoulders bother me). I'm feeling it already today.

everyday is chest day at the gym, but oddly nobody really can break 225-250. You'd think everyone could do 4 plates given how much they work their chest.

I did cardio tonight. Next lift day will be legs. I'm trying work the major muscle groups.

It would have to be evening. Greg and I were talking and thought it would only be fair to all who come that we should pick a central location so no one has to drive extra to and from.

I thought Hooters would be a good starting point. Unless you have VIP seating at KOD, Aaron. Then I'd vote for that. lol

I'm not too familiar with the eastern 'burbs.
