In order to get the club up and running I'd to make a request to all the officers to accomplish a few tasks before the December 2nd meeting:
Brian (President)
- Decide on the logo and print out fliers
- Laminate membership cards for all officers
- Complete By-Laws and review with Lee. K
Rob (Vice President)
- Assist Brian with his tasks
- Work with Lee H. to create the website
- Decide on Decal and submit order (Already talking with redline design from ZdayZ)
- Create email list of all attendees so far on google documents (finished)
- Research location for all future meetings.
Lee K. (Secretary)
- Meet with Brian to review By-Laws
Amar (Treasurer)
- Create financial excel spreadsheet for the club including current funds and past / future purchases (please speak with Brian)
Lee H. (Webmaster)
- Purchase domain using GLZC funds
- Create website and register officer emails (check out http://www.sfzcc.com/default.asp for ideas)
AJ (Marketing)
- Speak with dealerships and aftermarket shops to gather information for advertisement / donations.
- I know Ari also mentioned he has a good relationship with AA Nissan so Ari if you could talk with them that would help.
I know everybody's probably really busy with work and the holidays coming, but I'd like to ask if each person could set aside one hour or two max to do these tasks. There's one month till the next meeting so we should be able to find an hour or two to complete these tasks.

LOL Deepu. I'm sure someone is laughing at me for driving my car.
Actually, my car is here at work but I haven't driven it today. I've been preparing for an ISO9001 audit (which is today) and I pulled an all-nighter. So I've been at work since 7am Wednesday morning. (28 hours ago)

Also, I just want to get a feel from everybody. We've been going at this for the last four or five months now and we still haven't officially started yet.
What's everybody's feeling about this club now? Do you all think we should still start it and it can hold its own? I still want to start it, but it seems like Brian and I are doing most of the work, and we can't keep a club running with just two people.
I plan on talking about this tonight as well so please think about it.

Sorry I couldn't be there last night guys. We're on day two of an ISO9001 audit and I had been at work for 40 hours straight without going home. So I don't think anyone would want me around them. LOL

Brian has brought up ZDayz2011 a few times. Is it Wed - Sunday? 18th - 22nd? or Did the caravan go down on Thur?
There is a two bedroom available.. then it's the lodge or nearby hotel.
