Just finished compiling the first ZdayZ video. This just covers 5/18/11 (The Journey Down.) It took most of Sunday overtasking my computer to get it right then hours to write to m2t files. In the end, I see a couple edit misses but I'm letting it go. Not worth adjusting and the hours of compiling.
Right now, I am uploading to my Vimeo account. (It will take nearly 5 hours for 2.4GB) The first video is 12 minutes in 1920x1080 Hi-Def. Then Vimeo will take a few hours after that before it's available. So hopefully this evening.
The next video is covering Thursday, May 19th. It should have the Top Dawg drag racing and some driving on the Dragon. I believe I have video of Derek driving Bryan Settle's track car on Hwy 28.
The Friday video will have the Drop Top Cruise, some of the Poker Run, the exhaust competition (recorded in 5.1 Dolby), some of the parking lot party, dinner and after party.
Saturday, I totally missed the car show. (Stupid Dragon was shut down because of multiple crashes.) We were trapped on the other side so we made use of the time and went to Maryville, TN for lunch. Along the way was a backroads route with a steep hill climb and switchbacks. A primative but fun route. Beer Pong tournament was Saturday night and there is plenty of video of that.
The caravan split up for the ride home. I visited in-laws in Knoxville. Derek and Trevor wanted to head back at a decent time and Lee went back solo. Poor Steve crawled through the Dragon to keep from getting Mitsu car sick. What a gentleman!
I have a 5GB weekly limit on Vimeo so look for one more video after tonight. There should be another two next week.
