I don't think we're getting more than an inch or two down in southeast PA, but tomorrow they are calling for a 'winter mix' which normally means snow, sleet and freezing rain. Which means driving will be teh suxors. : (

Central Jersey calls for 2"-4" today and then another 2"-4" tomorrow. I'm hoping they're wrong again.

I want what upstate NY is getting. They already have 9 FEET!!!! and that's not total, that was in a matter of 1 week. If we could get that here in Manhattan, boy it would be nice to see, the city stop moving for a day or so and just relax. It'd be great to see. However in manhattan they are saying we will be getting 2 Feet. Bleh.

4 inches + 1-2 inches of ice, then sleet 'significant amount', turning back to snow. That means one HELL of a day tomarrow.

Tonight for the first time, my car did not come home with me thanks to the snow. I had a night class at 6:30 at CCM and got out at 8:45. The second I stepped out the door, I knew it wasnt gunna be pretty trying to get home. I hadn't even thought about the snow coming before hand, nor did I have another car to drive at the time anyway. So I couldn't get more than 1/8 of a mile away from the college without getting stuck on a minor incline in the road with only a centimeter of snow. I ended up having to leave it overnight (not saying where). I'll have to try to drive it home tomorrow morning, hopefully the conditions wont be bad. Kinda sucks having to leave it somewhere.

Do you have summer slicks still on? I didn't have a problem coming home last night. Down here it was sleeting and freezing rain all day yesterday.

Yea i have the stock Bridgestone Potenzas and they do nothing but spin.

After last night i decided to buy low profile snow chains for my rear tires just for those real emergency situations where i just gant get the car to move and i really need to get home before it get worse. I think they are some kind of newer design and are supposed to be pretty good. They are actually cables instead of chains. Hopefully they work.

Heres the link to them incase anyones interested. I got the Super Z6 set For the 235/50-17 tires and it cost me about $103 including shipping.
