Do we have any details on this, besides that it will be in Hartford, and there will be Ferraris? I checked the link you posted, and there is like no information there -- and this is this coming weekend.

Also I see a registration page. Is this for cars that will be "in" the event, or everyone including spectators?

I don't even know how this works out but it starting to sound less and less appealing.

okay.. real quick.. sorry about the lack of information!!! its at the state capital and is 100% open to the public.. every year they have it (for the past 5 or 6 at least) and every year there are TONS of people.. Last year it looked like a damn s2k club showed up considering i saw like 6 of them on the streets. But yes, its 100% open/no registration required.. last year there were a couple of lambo's/aston martins as well. The state capital is quite easy to find... 210 Capitol Ave in hartford. Impossible to miss with its gold top on it.

Anyway, i'm planning on showing up with a friend in his done up G coupe around 10am or so. Its usually over by around 2pm or 3. Looking forward to seeing anyone there that wants to check out an enzo, 599, 612, f430, etc!!

notta prob.. i'll def look forward to seeing ya... the reason i like this event over really any other place where you can see ferrari's is that you can get up close and personal with ALL of them.. no roped off areas, no 25 million people in a crowd, just a great event with some great cars..

Where are you coming from? I could meet you somewhere depening if you want.

Anyway if we don't, look for a stock looking 2003 with dark tints and a debadged rear with huge exhaust.

I drove over 90 miles to this event. It was nice to see all the ferraris and few other sick cars like porshe, bentley and mazaratti. Didn't see any Z's or G's. Over all it was a nice event for the locals.

I saw a red G trying to get into the area where the Ferraris were parked. I also saw one G and a Z cruising together, I guess looking for parking. I parked in some lot I have no idea if it was legal or not lol.

Did you guys see the idiot kid screw up in the parade and almost take out a father, son and pregnant mom?

i think the best part of the whole thing was the damn parade line when they originally screamed up the street before pulling into the capital.. i'll have to post a video of it someplace and link it up.. ya, the G/Z looking for parking were myself and my friend.. i missed the pregnant mom however lol.. but ya, i must say i was quite suprised to see a damn FXX there!! things about as limited production as you can get.. i think only like 10 or so in the WORLD?? anyway, hope everyone enjoyed it!! there were a TON of s2000's there!!
