It takes a few hours for Julian to tune a utec, so unless you are narcoleptic you're going to have to find something do while you wait.

I would do it again even if i didn't have headers.

If you plan to stay N/A, headers will be worth it. If your planning on eventually going F/I, I wouldn't bother.

i've read that headers might actually make you lose HP and torque.

which headers do you think are best? i searched most people like crawford, but its hard to install so i want to go with something that i can install my self. i did the hks alone with a pair of jack stands.

i just order the crawford HFC so need to make up my mind on headers

I've heard that if you're going to get cams, crawford headers are the ones you want.

But most people i've noticed get strup or dc sports. Topspeed headers tend to be cheaper.

Strup has good fitment so the install isn't that bad. The guy who did mine, banged it out in just under 3 hours (he had a lift). He did some of the work from the top and some from underneath.

Just get it done at MRC.(Headers) It' one of the only significant mods for N/A other than 3.9fd if you're going to stay N/A. I'm planning on getting them soon..either Crawford, Nismo, or Stillen...they're all equal length headers. Julian seems like a good guy and busts his *** for his clients. Just don't have them installed on a dyno day...you'll hold up the line.
