As for points, yeah, at one point I had 11, had to take this test, knocked it down to 9, then it's been reduced down to 6 because of the time period, it definitely sucks.

Most of the people travel on route 1 speed about 50-70 mph but recently they have put more cops on route 1 and 76. so be aware. I also have the same radar but its does not work much in the city.
Philadelphia is tough. Dress nice in court and you will win.
