So let me get this strait, we had interactions with the MA State Police three times today? Once at the school where we all had to pull over, then I saw someone in I-91 pulled over, and apparently someone else got nailed at McD's somewhere?
Damn lol. And NONE of us got a ticket.

That was a speech I shall never forget "town people called 911" come on people!! After getting onto 91 there was the state police looking for the a%$hole that was "pulling people over, stopping traffic, passing on the left in no pass zones, and blocking traffic at lights," so I guess people called on me and said it was my car, but after pulling me over and lecturing me all I got was "you can go now" THANK GOOD BYE and I left. anyways It was a blast thanks to all.
well after taking the complete wrong way home and taking 3.5 hours to boston.... i was tired and passed out last night.
couple things to say, first i walked away from this event not as happy as in may, possibly due to being a bit more used to it second time around. but probably just due to the turn of events being a downer (staties, blown motor, group being split up so many times, some stupid decisions) but none the less i still had another amazing time and its great to meet and talk with so many people who share a common interest in these cars and driving them hard.
wether people thought i was driving wrecklessly or not (black z w/bronze emotions MAplate i dont think i wasnt though) , for every move i made i thought about it first, took a look at my options (where and if i could fit in or if i had time), considered the design of the road and visibility faults for oncoming traffic, and ultimately was 100% aware of my decision and surroundings, id have to say that although it was exciting i think there were too many people not considering the layout of the road and possible situations caused by their actions. so if anyone saw my car and for a split second thought to themselves "*******" or "good way to get hurt" trust me i was being responsible
btw, how did ppl get back to boston? last time im pretty sure i took 9east to arlington area and 16 into everett. this time 9east magically turned into 101east for me and i crossed all the way over to nh, then south on 93....SUCKED

oh yeah one last question..... lol.... when i was leaving did anyone notice if lil puffs of fire came out of my exhaust when i revved it?
i put it on recently and noticed when it hits cut-off at the rev-limiter i hear not just backfiring in the exhaust but actual explosions from the tips....j/w if flames were visible?

Hey all - I just wanted to thank zmazing, speeracer, and anyone else who was instrumental in making this happen. Was a long drive for me from eastern LI (total mileage for me, including The Run, was 588 miles). I think anytime you have a big group like this, some things are going to get a bit more out of hand than originally planned, but overall it was a blast. Some gorgeous roads, great scenery, great people.
This was really the first time I got to stretch the legs on my car a bit since the motor build, and those roads were exactly what my car was setup for - it was an absolute blast!
And I wanted to issue a formal blanket apology for anyone who had to drive behind me (silverstone Z, red Bride seats, etc and the plate TOUGE), who had to endure my slightly leaking rear main seal
It was great meeting everyone, and I look forward to doing some more events with you guys in the future

Also I looked on your site for the brakes you had, but couldnt find them. Do you have a link?
Nice ride also, I posted the pic of you with your ride
thanks guys for the compliments
the spoiler is by Balsarini Japan - sort of a rare piece I guess. I love how it looks, which is why it's still on the car since '03. Problem is, it needed ALOT of prep work to make it paintable, so we decided to not sell it as a result
As for my brakes, they are on the site here:
http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?m...ing&prodid=331
As you can see from the link, there are several different setups available, and alot of options not even mentioned on the site (in terms of rotor mounting options, colors, pads, etc). For anyone who has questions about doing an Endless BBK, let myself or Kwame know!)
Omega - thanks, that pic looked great...and thanks for alerting me to the fact that I could use a sit up or 2

Adam I was behind you when we left Stratton. I saw your tow hook shoot some sparks at me on a couple of the dips. Ya and sorry for the confusion I had no idea where to go in order to get back to 91.
Thanks everyone for a great time. Everyone was so friendly.
Recap:
-40ish cars started the journey
-We ALL got pulled over into a parking lot in a small town in Mass and were then escorted by the police out of town
-Jerome blew his motor
-We all got separated / lost after that
-Just over 30 people made it to Stratton
-Photo shoot
-Lunch
-I drove 305 miles left my place at 7:30 and got home at 5
Thanks for a great time!

Hey everyone! I has a blast! Even though coming from south jersey got me a total 750 miles yesterday! As for the few issues police, blown motors, and a few crazy drivers it was GREAT!. Just a little more organized and it will go smoother. But anyway, no more negitive stuff. WHEN IS THE NEXT ONE? I am looking forward to it!
