Default Northeast Owners Insurance

What is your insurance payment per year.

I'm 23, perfect record, about to buy a Z next month and just got quoted from NJ Cure for $2,862!!!!!

Why so much?

Who else around my age has a better insurance rate and what company do you use.

Thanks

Please don't move this into the insurance forum as I want only North East users to repond to this.

I'm not your age, but as a second car in NJ I pay 860 a year for the track model. I did notice, however, that the discount I get for having a clean driving record is 700.

Don't know how much coverage I actually buy but my Z only cost about $140.00 per year more than my GTI VR6. I pay about $550-$600 or so every 6 months.

Alienx,

What insurance company do you use and how old are you.... could make a difference in rate.

Thanks.

Fan I'm sure your watching the Devils game right now and yes my Flyers let me down again. Anyway the Republic of NJ is brutal with car insurance because they say we are the most populated per square mile state. I'm 41 and have a clean diving record since I was 17 and pay 1700 with State Farm who won't accept any new auto coverage in NJ. Good luck in finding a decent rate, you will have to do a lot of homework and shopping around.
