you could try calling sound of tri state in claymont and see where they have gotten the ones on their cars done at.

 

I use J's tires (302-995-6141) on Kirkwood highway. It's not a fancy place, but it's one of the few places that I trust with my wheels. I go through a lot of tires drifting, so they've mounted quite a few tires on my SSR's and Gram Lights. If you have big chrome lips on your wheels, I don't think they have the proper equipment to mount them, so you may want to call Car V2 (302-998-6988) instead.

 

+1 on J's tires. Looks like a hole in the wall gas station but i took my volks there on the recommendation of a friend. they mounted my wheels and tires with no issues.
