Who's going? Figure its good to find out now. I'm going and plan on camping the entire time I'm there. Anyone else reserved rooms? If not, you better get on it.

Dude, there must be half a dozen threads on ZDayZ already - 30 pages of posts in one of them. Search is your friend...

Well Friend, After my "Search" This is the only ZDAYZ post in the North East section for 08. Maybe the OP was looking to guage some interest and possibly form a caravan

We snagged the last cabin with AC. You're either getting a 2 bedroom with no amenities, or camping from what I've heard.

I am going. Got a room already reserved. Going to be one hell of a hike though. I think I win the aware for farthest away in the NE direction.

I reserved a camp site...I'll pay $25/Day for the whole time instead of $100/Day. Plus I'll make a camping/hiking trip out of it. My buddy and I are coming down in 2 different Z's. Mine is for the tent/equipment, his is for the Grill/Beer... I'm bringing plenty of Yuengling. You can't get it down there.

Good point, my apologies. Guess I wasn't thinking of the regional forums.

I'm going... I was talking to Keven and I wasn't sure if he wanted to or not. I'm def going and the guy at the resort said I can have as many people to a camp site as I want...so if I want 3 tents then cool, so if anyone wanted to camp out, Its good to go, just bring whatever you need. Most of the Philly guys told me they can't project out that far if they're going to be free. And I know Jim didn't want to drive his Z that far. Let me know.

I am going to be driving through Harrisburg PA (roughly, 81 doesn't go RIGHT through) and meeting some people there, maybe 2-3. Not sure what time or anything yet.

I am meeting blue Wednesday morning and we are heading down. I am not sure on the time, but you guys are welcome to meet up with us in harrisburg.

There is an excellent truck stop/rest area that Is right after the 78/81 merge, just before Harrisburg, about 4-5 miles after the merge.

I am going to be heading down Thurs morning, probably get to Harrisburg about 9:30 or so (that alone is 4.5 hrs for me). Anyone else looking at a similar time to head down?

Thursday evening definitely too late for me bud. My first hotel night is Thurs night, if I leave at 4 PM Thursday I won't get there until 4 am Friday, assuming I drive without really stopping except for gas. My plan is leave my house 4:00-5:00 AM, get down to Harrisburgh PA around 9-9:30 and meet with people, then continue on down. That gets me there around 4-5 PM EST Thurs afternoon. Shower, nap, and let the games begin.

Mapquest says 14.5 hrs, 867 miles. I figure it will be more like 12.5 to 13.5 hours, not including any stops.
