Default got a misdemeanor today in ct, anyone know any good lawyers around southwest ct?

misdemeanor speeding 82 in a 40.

its a 4 lane straight road, bad speed trap, just wasn't paying attention. the car next to me was doing the same speed if not a little more.

i have to go to court for it, anyone know of any good lawyers around southwest ct, or what i should do?

thanks in advance.

Damn! Yup, you're going to need a lawyer for sure. Your previous driving record straight? Hope so.

suspended license for at least 30 days if you have a prior bad driving record and you go in alone. Get a lawyer. Try Barlett Law Offices in New Haven, CT.

Wow man. 82 in a 40? You are going to need a lawyer just to drop that in half. That is a little more than "I wasn't paying attention." Z has a smooth ride, but come on lol.

did the other car get pulled too?

if so you should find out whether the cop was using LIDAR or Radar. There is a big difference between beating tickets depending on which system they used. Either way a lawyer can always help.

+1. Laser (LIDAR) is pretty hard to beat. Radar, on the other hand --- could come up with a ton of things.

alright, most of you dont even know wth you're saying. First of all, you wont even come close to a suspension. theyre gonna charge you like 50-100 bucks and you are on your way. why waste time and money on a lawyer. I have the worst driving record and know what im talking about. ive been caught from passing on the right to street racing to running from the cops. I never got my lisence suspended and never got my car impounded.

Just set aside 100 bucks and you're good to go.

thank you, sounds very similar to my record, i'm not proud of it, i've learned alot from it, but it was my past, and i'd like to say i've changed.

i actually got one today too, but it wasn't that bad...67 in a 45. you would think he would let me off but ever since i moved to florida from california i swear i've noticed the cops have nothing better to do...plus the car does attract a lot of attention
