Race Track in MA or NH?
NHIS has a pseudo road coarse at the nascar track, but They don't have it open to the public much if at all. It is under new ownership now, so that may have changed.
I just checked them out, they have a sprinkling of open test sessions.
Open Testing
Drivers and riders wishing to participate in the Speedway Open Test Sessions should have either a valid competition license or a certificate from an approved racing school.
Open Test Session Details:
Road Course Configuration (1.6 Miles) $150 per vehicle/driver for the whole day (morning and afternoon)
$100 per vehicle/driver for either a morning or an afternoon session

Thats pretty sweet with NHIS, but where the heck can you get a racing license. I can't imagine many people have them. Hopefully they realize they have a huge oppurtunity to make some money by opening the road course to the public. I know the drag strip is and its like $20 bucks to run. $150 for a day seems reasonable at a track.
Limerock sounds good, its about a 2 hour hike for me but maybe ill take a trip down sometime. Thanks

And back to NHIS, If you look at http://www.comscc.org/rules/ Under the schedule section, I think you can get your license with them. they offer open track days with an instructor. Atleast from what I skimmed before work this morning.
