I'm a member of a 350Z club in NY. I would love to have some of the NY guys cruise up to Philly on a Friday night and hook with some of the 350z guys from Philly. I was thinking meeting up and getting a "grand tour" of hot spots. Of course a nice meal would be a treat, afterall there are SUPPOSED to be some good eats up that way, or so I've been told.... I was thinking Friday August 1 might work. If there are Philly clubs interested post up and let's see if we can do this!! NY guys feel free to join in. Maybe we can get some guys from a few clubs to ride out.

 

when you say hot spots do you mean the philly racing scene?

there are plenty of good spots...just give us an idea of what kind of "tour" you'd like

 

I thought we might do some of the following:

Ride up from NY & meet up with Philly car clubs then:

I. Get something to eat

II. Cruise (can be any combination of the following):
(a) Through city then head for some roads favorable to spirited cruising
(b) Head for some of Philly's cruise "hot spots" where we will be able to
hang and get to know each other and give the NY guys a feel for the Philly car scene
(c) Head for some of Philly's Tourist attractions

Feedback would be appreciated.

 

food isn't a problem, neither is a spot to chill...in fact there are plenty...depends on what time of the day and if people bring gf/wives and want to drink

 

I'll definately lend a hand and welcome anyone to our city! You got South I'll take the North. (Unless the Army doesn't give me the day off)

 

I thinking 6-7 pm at the earliest. A few guys MAY bring the so's but muts probably won't. I'll talk to my guys and see what the consensus is.

I'm figuring it would be a overnighter. Ride up after work on Friday, hang all night and ride back in the early morn.


BTW: Plans are in the works for a NY- Florida cruise. This one will be a three day affair. Details to be announced.
