Default Can't recycle Bud Light Cans?

Does anyone know why the recycling machine doesn't accept Bud Light cans? I also noticed it doesn't accept Bud light bottles either? Are some beer/soda cans and bottles not recyclable? NYC Queens Borough here

Might be different there, I worked for a place here for 4 years that did it.

Annheiser bush will recycle the cans on their own. Liqour stores that do the can/bottle redemption will usually take them seperately and bag them, and then they are picked up.

We have these vending machines that when you insert the can/bottle you can $.05 for them. (its collects them digitally and gives me a receipt later with the total $$$)

I just started doing this and when i insert Bud light cans it spits them back out...but regular Budwiser cans/bottles are accepted.

if you look on the side of a bud light can/bottle, it says right there that they are one of the largest recyclers in the world.

Yes, I know that, i worked for a place that did it for years.

we would take bud products seperate, because the machines won't read them. just call where ever you take your cans and ask them

What ever i use if it recyclable then i collect it and go once a month. Not just beer cans, soda cans and etc. Just started last month and honestly took no more than 2~5 min and got back around $10 w/o even thinking about it.

I like how you said "Corona OR sumthin good" - for a minute I thought you were saying Corona was a good beer, but we all know that isn't true.

Just switch to a nice 12-15 year single malt and you won't have anymore problems, except for maybe the hole in the wallet.

all that light **** is only good for pong and kegs, all other recreational drinking is done via blue moon, magic hat, longtrail, flying dog, sam adams, shock top.. just to name a few of the goodies those put a hole in my wallet enough with the $20 prices for a 12 pack near me
