I agree, Uniontown appears to be boring to me also. I drive by there once a month going to do training in Washington, Pa. I have never seen a reason to stop. You need to come up to the city, (Pittsburgh). Try Carson Street on the Southside, or The Strip District. You Won't be bored. Your only 45 minutes away on I-70 or I-79.
