I'm from Stamford, CT and I'd love to join the caravan from exit 12 rest area.

I might be the only G35 Sedan guy there!

Anyone else from Stamford?

Default Vic how are you...

I just wanted to let you know so you can update your list that my friend with the G35 is going to ride with me and not drive his G.

I think he said he was afraid of being toasted by all these Z's!!!!

Craig from XXtuning called me today to confirm my Dyno spot!!

I can't wait till the 15th............PROCHARGERS!

I'm pretty sure Gerald (350Zzzz) is from Stamford. You haven't seen his Procharged Z racing around town

Glad you can join us and yes Gerald is from Stamford and is the person setting up the caravan heading north. I PM'd Gerald to post the meeting time. Hopefully, he'll do this tomorrow.

Looking forward to the 15th.

P.S. Paul, I updated the list.

I'm working on one of those little spy cam setups for my car's grille which will be saving directly to my powerbook via a analog to digital converter, so if your vidcam has RCA ports, bring it and i'll see if I can convert it to digital on my powerbook.

If that works as well in practice as it sounds in theory, it'll make for really wild camera work...

Not to hijack the thread, but what are you using to Convert it? is it just a program?

Well I have to figure out how to mount it to the front of the car, I'm also having a little trouble with audio, but other than that it's a go. I'll probably end up duct-taping it near my license plate.

I have a Mac powerbook, so I went out and bought a Belkin Videobus II which is basically a cord that has a USB connection on one end, and 3 RCA plugs and an S Video plug on the other end. You plug your camera or VCR into the RCA or Svideo and then use a video editing program that is included with the cable to convert/save it.

Hey Chris,

huh.......huh........huh.......the mice come out to play when the cat is away....naughty.......naughty; and I suppose when you get home and the wife ask, what is that jet like whine under the hood, you're gonna say, Oh....honey that's just the new fan for the engine and the belt needs tightening. And, when she finds out, you know where those turbines will be blowing don't you.

And, yes the wheels, I am heartbroken, as the parking attendant took a slice off my Toyos and scrapped my rims, just this Monday past But thanks for sharing with me the nice thoughts.

Will be nice to see you again, Chris, this time around you have your pick of at the least 4 (if not 6) beastly boys

Make certain that you're not mounting the spy cam too low, as you'll be just blowing smoke in our faces during replay And how much HDD space you plan on allocating for the Nov 15 take?

How does auto focusing work on those things and do you know the range, distance? What about motion stabilization capabilities? But I suppose that you've given considerations to all those possible variables.

Best

Gerald

Damn this isn't a high tech movie production studio I'm running on the front of my car...

It's one of those cheap manual focus spy cams that I can save to 640/480 30fps. If I do some cleanup I could probably alot 20 to 25 gigs worth of space. Then i'd just have to find someone with a DVD burner.

I do know I will be stopping every 2 hours to change 9v batteries

FYI - I was at Avalon today (Nismo exhaust ). Jeff mentioned that he will have a bunch of one day specials for the meet. I asked what parts and he was not sure as he had not gone through the catalog yet.
Their harness bar is real nice too

That will only happen if you decide to go British Irish on us and/or drive your car like a 90 year old grandmother who thinks the brake pedal is the accelerator
