Yea only other thing that really requires and kind of delicacy is the hood vents but shouldn't be an issue because Im expecting them now.

Just got a message from my body shop guy and he said Im good to come get the car today. Now I have to balance between doing the vinyl and putting on the v7. The quicker the v7 is on, the sooner I can sell the v2 kit

Light bar is treating me very well. Because of the way the wiring harness is, adding 1 more bar is literally 2 simple plugs. So I ordered a 21" bar to put under the one I currently have. I figured if its that easy to double the light output it would be silly not to.

Also got my car back. With no badging, I can only imagine how many "What kind of Porsche is that" questions I will get

So many people will think Porsche has a new fast sports car out there. Little do they know its just a Nissan with a mini-van motor

This dude just purchased my G35 mirrors and was asking if I had stock cats... Mine are in horrible shape, but I remembered that you had some laying around... So I said I would pass the info on. https://m.facebook.com/freddy.g.raymond

Shipping would probably be a ***** but hey if you want to get rid of them I found you a buyer.

The rest of my big boy fuel setup has come in. Now I have AAM fuel rails with AAM fuel return lines and a fuel pressure gauge, CJM twin pump and CJM feed lines and an inline Aeromotive fuel pump.

Its hard to see in the picture but the metal hardline is close to 5 feet long and its a larger diameter than the stock line.

I dig that. Mainly cause of my initials, but more fuel is always fun.

Taking my last final tonight at 7 and then back home we go to be up bright and early for an alignment so I can finally drive the Z again. Not sure if I have toe alignment bolts on the rear or not.... Hoping I do and I can get rid of the terrible tire roar above 40mph from the rear.

Also, ordering a replacement friction surface for the thrashed JWT flywheel I have and a new clutch/pressure plate for it. Then recoup funds to install it and break in.

For whatever reason, when I first put the bags on my toe went insane. But I already had toe bolts so its all squared away now

Pretty sure mine is horrendous right now since I removed the entire rear spring bucket at one point. If I don't have toe bolts, I'm hoping it can at least be brought somewhere back near where it was with coils.

Well had to jump the car to get it to the alignment shop this morning. Confirmed that the battery is dead just now. Off to spend more money.

In other news, alignment was perfect. Took an hour and a half because he was thorough, but I'm beyond happy with the price and the outcome. 2 degrees of camber front and 3.7 degrees rear. All corners with .02 Toe. Perfection.

I get discounts on batteries also, but unless its a daily driver I would go with interstate batteries over east penn, they tend to not like sitting for more than a week.

I agree with that to an extent. Our economy brand batteries (just about every one you find at auto zone, advanced auto, etc.) are definitely made for the economy person. However, our batteries that we make for OE companies are rather good.

The most prime example I have of that is the batteries we make for Daimler/Chrysler. Every single chrysler product my family has ever owned (which is a lot because my grandparents used to own a Dodge/chrysler/Jeep dealership) has had a battery that lasted for over 7 years. Our Jeep for example is an 07 that we bought new. It has 260k miles on it, officially on its 3rd motor, 2nd trans, and the battery just needed to be replaced last year.

Bottom line is when it comes to any batteries on the market, you absolutely pay for what you get.

Well the AAA branded ones don't love when they sit for long periods of time... And lots of older people seem to buy them and then only drive 500miles a year and it ends up being an issue... They sure to sell a lot of them though.
