Default Finally some Weather!!!!!!!!!

Finally we have a little weather cooperation! Got to take the Z out today after sooo long in the garage.
Of course I made the obligatory corner slide (or two) on the way to work but otherwise was behaving pretty well. As I got near work some kid in a Camry decided to race me. I wasn't aware that we were actually racing until I needed to get in the right lane to make the upcoming turn to my office. Seems like this happens all the time with this car. Anyone else find that ?
Anyhow its nice to get to drive the Z again and see the sun!

Hope to see you guys soon.

Hey David,

How you doing? I had the Z out all day yesterday. A kid in a WRX tried something similar to me, the last I saw of him he was a just a small speck in my rearview. I going to get a few miles in this weekend before it goes in the shop for 3-4 days. Nismo headers, clutch, flywheel, cams and RT cats are being installed next week.
Then it's off to Avalon Racing for the AP brake install. I hope the weather cooperates. See you around soon.

Rick

Hi Rick,

Looks like you're on an all out sprint, would love to see your beast; looking forward to Philly in March. Will email you to compare notes.

I had my NISMO headers and Power Enterprise metal cats installed; waiting on the PE exhaust to get in from the Far East; then my NISMO body somewhere along the line, as the kit is still boxed in my garage. Finally, yeah right-that's what we all say, I will have to either consider on a piggy back, TS flash or a programmable ECU replacement

Are you stopping at cams or are you also considering the entire bottom end, any plans to increase boost? Which cams?

What's up David, the weather has be fantastic.

Gerald

BTW, the latest NISMO headers appear to allow more clearance on the driver's side for the steering shaft.

I thought you weren't going to get the Nismo body kit. I'm sure you're getting the whole thing....where from?

Hey Dr. Andrew,

So what is the prognosis these days?

I had my mind set on the Nismo Areo kit from the onset; it was just the rear spoiler/wing that I was hesitant about. In any event I ordered the kit from Graham at www.Japanparts.com last year.

Can't let Rick have all the fun, can we I have a CD for you, Aloha Hawaii
