Alright here's the spot then. Exit 12 on 695 = Wilkins Ave. We can meet at the UMBC parking lot. I can get more details in terms of instructions, but who's cool with that?

Anybody know how long it takes to get to the meet, so we can figure out a time to meet there?

 

Exit 12 from 695, got it... what time? day? Can't get a baby sitter for Friday night so can't do that day. But I intend to go on the Saturday and Sunday with wife on atleast one of those days. Will be driving up and back both days since it's a short drive.

I did a yahoo map one time and it said 85 miles from my house, just south of Baltimore. So I would guess-timate about 1 1/2 hour drive at normal speed, or less

In terms of actual directions to the parking lot:

Coming from 695 from Towson direction (north):

Exit 12a-b (one exit), at the light, make a left. Make first left after the next light. At the stop sign, make a left. You are now on the main circle around the campus. At the 3rd stop sign make a left, and then make your first right into the big parking lot.

695 coming from glen burnie direction (south):

Exit 12 (the first one, I think it's A, but not 100%). Go straight, at 2nd light, make left. At the stop sign, make a left. You are now on the main circle around the campus. At the 3rd stop sign make a left, and then make your first right into the big parking lot.

Coming from Columbia:

95 north towards New York. Take the exit (not sure of the number) for BWI/166 (I think it's 166). Stay to your right (going away from BWI) The right lane will be for "UMBC". Stay on that. At the end of that road (2nd stop sign), make a right. At the 3rd stop sign make a right. Make first right into the parking lot.

Where is the meet?

 

The meet is West Chester...it's about an hour 15 min drive from what I'm told.

 

Why so early 9:30am? Wow!

 

Well...it starts at 11....and it takes about an hour and a half to get there....
