Just picked up an 03, what I thought was a touring model. It has the Bose system, heated seats, 17" wheels and everything else.
But it doesn't seem to have the tire pressure monitor. I thought all touring models came with that feature standard. Am I wrong ?
Why don't I have it on my model?

 

Tire pressure monitors are for manual transmission touring models only.

 

I think tire pressure monitors only come on cars with the 18" wheel option. Doesn't matter stick or auto.

 

Thanks. I realized this after I looked at a sellers brochure. I had to get the automatic so my wife could drive it. COMPROMISE, ya know........

 

Tourings come with 18 inch wheels, you did not get a touring.

 

6MT Touring's come with 18's, AT Tourings have 17's thus auto Tourings don't have TPMS. He has a Touring, it's the only model with heated seats.
