Default Pacific NW Z/G Challenge

Abuot a year ago, there was a post on the NW forum where we began to talk about some type of friendly competition for the local area; some kind of Z/G car challenge.

https://my350z.com/forum/north-west/134845-autox-practice-day-8-6-05-a.html

The dicussion was brief, but the idea popped back into my head the other day. From this old post it looks like a few of us were interested. I'm just bringing up the idea again for those that may still be interested in participating in an event like this. Just to make things clear; in no way am I suggesting doing this on public roads. The original discussion was to have a triathalon type of competition; 1/4 mile, autocross and HPDE. It's not too late to do it his summer if we have enough interest and motivated people.

Let's hear your thoughts.

I've been looking at some of the clubs that hold open lapping days, looks like there's a lot of opportunities between now and September, albeit only on weekdays. The same deal w/ autoX events too, almost one every weekend in the local area. Does anyone know what test & tune schedules are like at the local tracks?

Woohoo, though I don't like 1/4 mile but I am down with autoX (if job permits). Been pretty busy at work oncall duties. Might be a good time for a new job .
