So are we still on to meet up in the Starbucks parking lot?
We are going to go ahead and go to the Woodburn track, so I guess not.

Bummer. I'll be at PIR sometime tonight if you change your mind. I'm meeting up with a few friends first to maybe go on a drive and grab a bite to eat.... who knows when we'll roll in. LOL.

For me it doesn't matter if it's PIR, or Woodburn. Most cars are a couple of tenths faster at Woodburn, but eh... it's all good. I have fun either way, and I like the fact that the drags are late because it's a bit cooler. I was spoiled as a kid because I grew up going to Firebird in AZ to goto/watch the drags. Now that's a dragstrip. haha

Ah, well, if it is not much difference, I guess we will go to PIR then, if you are still going to be at Starbucks...would love to go on a drive.

Nice! I'm helping my friend wash his '89 turbo supra in my driveway right now. Two more guys are headed over.... BMW 328, and a Hayabusa. We're heading to Bullwinkles for a quick game of putt putt golf. LOL... seriously. If you want to come it be fun. We might do a short run, or two
then off to the drags. I'll PM you with my cell #, and you can text me if you want to meet up to roll in. A girly I know is already at the drags and might meet up with us with her Eve IX MR. We can represent the Z crowd. Haha

Wow... it was a crazy night. My buddy parked the Busa in my garage and we took the cars everywhere. We grabbed some dinner, hit bullwinkles, drove, 24 hr. starbucks a little later in the night, drove, and ended up hitting a weigh station. I found out that my Z weighs 3300 lbs with between a half and a quarter of a tank of gas. Drove a little more and I was back home around 2:30. I had a ton of fun, but was bummed that I missed the drags. I will be out next weekend.

Rofl, sounds like good times. Funny though you didn't get to the drags.

Haha. I know. We all planned on it.... we figured out how far away we were at one point and realized that we wouldn't make it to PIR until about 10:30, so at that point we just kept going. I WILL be at the drags next weekend.

Fun as always. Hung out with a few friends (Evo IX MR, GTo, '89 Turbo Supra, 3 series bimmer). Since I didn't get there until late I didn't race. I was the only Z there. Afterwords we went to Old Chicago for some drinks and food.

My buddy in his stock 2006 GTo pulled a few high 12's ... and it's just under two weeks old.
