Thumbs up Wipers that work

Today I installed Anco Contour wiper blades on my Z.I recomend these blades to any body having problem with wipers at speed. 80 mph and these blades work perfect, almost want it to rain again so I can use them again. My cost was 16.00 each but they list for 28.00.

You do 80 MPH in the rain? I'm scared to do more than 50.

I've tried the highly touted PIAA silicone wipers in the past, as well as those Trico/Anco refills (on various cars) and didn't like any of them at all. Now I overpay for oem refills from Infiniti. They really do work the best.

You should look at these blades they have no metal frame,08 gm poducts are coming with them stock. the blades are one peice with a areo deflector top, but are lower in profile than normal metal framed wipers

Regular Bosch and replace at least once a year. I found the Bosch ICON to skip in a 6" hole on the driver side at low speeds (<50mph)only on the return stroke.

I just bought some Anco Contour for my Stealth this afternoon. My old wiper would indeed not stay against the windshield at speeds above 75mph.

I immediately got to test them at 80mph+ in heavy rain (on a quiet freeway) and they not only did a perfect job of wiping the rain and staying on the windshield, but they also are the quietest wipers I have had on this car in over a decade.

Just thought I would share.

You should try aquapel on your windshield. It's like rain-x on steroids! Even with questionable wipers it works great. Last time I had it done it lasted almost a year. Most lube places and some shops have it. Best $14.00 you'll spend to see thru the rain.
