Default paint pics

well here is a few shots of the car with its regular ride height back. looks like it took a ton of light to finally have the cam capture some of the true color. the pics are ok and i think i still have no idea how to use my camera, but in person, it knocks your dork in the dirt!! it has almost a candy look to it with the pearls in it. don't care who doesn't like the axis mods, they look sick in black on this thing. but, got the rezax 2's coming next week anyways, will prolly finish them the same as these though.

again, the panels are not aligned yet and no inner fenders and other assorted parts, but ya get the idea.

here is one more of the hood at an angle to show the range of the harlequin paint. at some angles it disappears, at others it looks like this!

they are the shine/amuse replicas. fitment was ok, but perfect now after a few hours of work.

btw- for those who didn't know, not a single other persons hand has ever touched my car. i build the motors, interior, tons of custom made parts, and the paint. so the compliments are VERY much appreciated!!

while i'm not a fan of the wheel brand, the color combo flows very well. I would paint match the rezax's when they come in as well. I would also paint the brake calipers black instead, the red clashes too much. Overall though, its very unique and i gotta give props for not following the norm and doing everything yourself

Big props on this undertaking. Also not a fan of those wheels at all, but hey...you've got some sick new ones on the way. Are you ever gonna put this thing on the road and come to a meet up here?

should be running under it's own power in another week or so. getting the haltech by the end of next week and the last engine pieces early next week. so really it should be running by next weekend.
after that add the carputer and build some additional gauge pods for the dual widebands and button up the interior. should be ready to start hitting meets and shows again in about a month. no real hurry considering the weather this time of year.
