If it's dry and I'm on my R-comps, I'll be changing to my Track pads...otherwise it's street pads/tires for rain.

^ for ur track pads, to u run full race pads or a street/track pad

i just ordered myself the project mu b force pads, which is a street/track pad. i didn't wanna go full race pad cause they're known to destroy rotors

I run a full race pad (Raybesto 41/43)...no other pad has survived a track day for me (I usually run R-comps, so it adds to pad wear) - but I've also gone through a handful of rotors too ...

*I can't upgrade brakes (Brembo or others) b/c it'll mess w/ my autoX classing...

to jining and soopa g (and anyone else running project mu b force) how are they on the rotor? will i need new rotors after this track day? i'm on stock tires, so i don't think i'll be as hard on the brakes as peter, and i also have an 07, with has bigger rotors stock than peter's

Firstly, I have brembos just so you know, but previously I was using axxis ultimates and those seemed to eat my rotors way faster then the mu's. I haven't noticed much wear at all actually after a few k miles on these pads.

I've been running the Axxis ULT (Ultimate) pads on the same set of rotors for the last couple years, with no problems at all. Love those things, although they do dust pretty badly. Got a new set that needs to go in before any track day though.

your rotors will be fine.......I abuse the hell out of my brakes on the track....haven't had any problems.......I'd run Pagids but they get so hot I've seen then cook the finish on the Brembo cailpers
