We'll see. As far as driving it goes I think you'll like it better than the STI
I test drove an 06 Alpine White STI and then the MR and I fell in love with the Evo hands down.

just read everything heh. dang alvin after just picking up my exhaust lol. well i made the choice cause it was easy. practicality. now i can drive people and not worry about seating arrangements. in addition i can't drive around clients in a 2 seater none the less a little sports car. most people don't even know what an m3 that i meet with haha but a little red japanese sports car for sure stereotype.
enjoy alvin

Alvin,
Your right, it is a great car by all means. To me it would have made more sense in your case to have taken all those mods and add them to another manual 350z. You may have lost some money (like your going to anyway) but you would have also had a stick shift and would have had it modded already. In the end, your the one that is going to walk out to your car everyday, just make sure that you test out your options before taking the plunge. In all honesty, I smile everytime I walk up to my 350z. And even though my srt4 had every bolt on and was fast, it didnt give me the same felling as this rwd coupe does stock.

Sounds like you cant make up your mind !!! If you read your first post about why your selling the z it was due to moving out , no manual , need a back seat, wanting a car not having to mod , hence the " evo" and to now " well im selling the car should I get a nismo" ????? Once you have been bitten by the mod bug , there is no turning back!!!!! If you are thinking about a nismo you should of really bought a 07 or 08 manual 350z with that nice little hr engine and dumped all your old stuff into it... There is nothing worse than starting over, over again on different cars!!!!!! You really did have one of the sickest z on this site and to start all over on a evo or spend more money for a nismo just doesnt make sense to me!!

Holy ****! 3k?! Damn! I know the Evo's stock clutch is on the weaker side of things so I'm looking to get that replaced in another 10k hopefully but when I priced it out its only ~500 or so for labor and $500-$700 for a clutch depending on what I want.
Btw....I GOT IT TONIGHT! She's sitting in my garage right now

It looks exactly like the Z, but, shorter, with extra doors, and taller, and it's gray, and the wheels are different, and it's only a single exhaust, and there's a turbo, and a diffuser thing on the back that looks like a dinosaur, and there are extra seats and the wheels are smaller and it has an extra pedal on the floor and a weird stick thingy in the middle and some aftermarket gauges and sound system stuff.
Why are you selling your car again? For more space and a manual?
The NISMO might not seem like a much of a change, but many NISMO owners owned previous Zs and can attest that it really is a step up in many ways. I'm partial to the NISMO, but an EVO IX is a good change of pace.
If you're still considering another Z, also consider a Mcoupe or Mroadster which are now in the low 30K range. An E46 M3 can also be had in that price range. Maybe even a 135i with minimal options if you want something new.

Oh yeah one thing I think Hai will like is the cutoff line on the MR's HIDs, it's pretty sick!
